Shipping/Handling/Insurance
We ship all non-personalized in-stock items in the contiguous U.S. within 3 business days of receipt of the order. Please use street address, whenever possible. P.O. Boxes may delay delivery.
Allow 1 – 2 weeks overall delivery time.

Return Instructions
Instructions are on the back of packing slip.
No C.O.D. shipments or refund shipping costs.

For Special Services :
Choose our FedEx Express 3-4 day delivery service (add $8.99 to standard rate). Choose our 1-2 Air Express (add 13.99 to standard rate) for your last minute shopping. Some restrictions may apply. Express shipping only available on in-stock merchandise. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Allow 2 – 3 additional days for orders with personalized items.

Delivery Surcharges
Due to the cost of shipping large delicate items, such as some of the custom framed pieces and shadow boxed folk art, additional fees may be added to our standard shipping costs. Surcharges for these items are indicated in parenthesis ($) within product description. These delivery charges are in addition to our standard shipping rates.
